Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some destinations or items may be excluded due to carrier restrictions.

How much is shipping?
Rates and options appear at checkout based on destination, weight and value.

• FREE DHL Parcel Standard on orders over €100.00
• €7.50 DHL Parcel Standard for orders under €100.00
• Delivery estimate 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Sale items 1–3 business days after dispatch

Belgium
• FREE DHL Parcel Standard on orders over €100.00
• €10.00 DHL Parcel Standard for orders under €100.00
• Delivery estimate 2–3 business days after dispatch
• Sale items 2–4 business days after dispatch

Germany
• FREE DHL Parcel Standard on orders over €100.00
• €10.00 DHL Parcel Standard for orders under €100.00
• Delivery estimate 3–4 business days after dispatch
• Sale items 4–5 business days after dispatch

Outside EU
Email CONTACT_EMAIL for a quote and availability.

Order processing
• Processing time: usually 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• Preorders or peak periods may add time.
• You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking at dispatch.

Can I change the shipping address?
• You may enter a different shipping address from billing. For security, we may ship only to the billing address or request verification at our discretion.
• If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at CONTACT_EMAIL or CONTACT_PHONE. We cannot guarantee changes before dispatch. Once shipped, addresses cannot be amended.

Do I pay customs and import charges outside the EU?
• Customs, duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are paid by the
recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
• These charges vary by country. Contact your local customs office for current
rates.
• Parcels returned due to unpaid charges will be refunded minus original
shipping, return shipping, and any carrier or customs fees.

How long does shipping take?
See country estimates above. Estimates exclude processing time and customs
delays.

Can I track my parcel?
• You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

What couriers do you use?
DHL Parcel Standard is our primary service.

Does someone need to sign?
A signature may be required. Any signature at the address is accepted as proof of delivery.

What if I am not home?
DHL may offer options like ServicePoint pickup, deliver to a neighbour or
reschedule delivery. Follow the DHL notice or tracking portal to choose your
preference.

Dispatch confirmation
We will email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse.

Customs requests for more information
If customs requests documentation, email CONTACT_EMAIL with your tracking number. We will help where possible.

Returns

Online returns policy
• If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Exchanges
Processed as a return plus a new order. Place a replacement order to secure stock.

Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is inspected and approved.
• Original shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.
• Processing time: we aim to process within 1–2 business days of receipt. Your bank or card issuer may take 24–48 hours to post the credit.

How to start a return

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email or contact CONTACT_EMAIL with your order number, item(s) and reason.
  2. Pack the item securely and include your printed order confirmation.
  3. Ship to:

Return shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• Use a trackable, insured service and keep proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
• For returns sent from outside the Netherlands, clearly mark the parcel “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. STORE_NAME is not responsible for return customs charges.

Returns terms and guidelines
• All items must be in original, resalable condition with tags and packaging.
• Footwear boxes are part of the product. Protect the box with outer packaging.
Damaged boxes may result in refusal.
• We cannot accept items that appear worn, washed or altered.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Have you received my return?
You will receive an email once your return is processed. Keep your return tracking number to monitor delivery to us.

Faulty or incorrect items
Contact CONTACT_EMAIL with photos and order details within a reasonable time.
We will repair, replace or refund in line with your statutory rights. We cover return shipping for validated defects or mistakes.

Legal
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable
law, including EU withdrawal rights.
