Returns

Online returns policy
• If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Exchanges
Processed as a return plus a new order. Place a replacement order to secure stock.

Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is inspected and approved.
• Original shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.
• Processing time: we aim to process within 1–2 business days of receipt. Your bank or card issuer may take 24–48 hours to post the credit.

  2. Pack the item securely and include your printed order confirmation.

Return shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• Use a trackable, insured service and keep proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
• For returns sent from outside the Netherlands, clearly mark the parcel “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. STORE_NAME is not responsible for return customs charges.

Returns terms and guidelines
• All items must be in original, resalable condition with tags and packaging.
• Footwear boxes are part of the product. Protect the box with outer packaging.
Damaged boxes may result in refusal.
• We cannot accept items that appear worn, washed or altered.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Have you received my return?
You will receive an email once your return is processed. Keep your return tracking number to monitor delivery to us.

Faulty or incorrect items
Contact CONTACT_EMAIL with photos and order details within a reasonable time.
We will repair, replace or refund in line with your statutory rights. We cover return shipping for validated defects or mistakes.
